Whistleblower protection

Whistleblower Protection Act further strengthens the Compliance program established in our company. Regulates the procedure for filing and assessing notifications of illegal acts through the internal reporting system and other legal methods and ensuring the necessary protection of the whistleblower.

Reporting of a possible unlawful activity in any company of the ARICOMA group within the meaning of Whistleblower Protection Act No. 2022-12-15/01 on the protection of whistleblowers may be made by a person who, in connection with his/her work or other similar activity, has become aware of a violation in the company in question.  

The person authorised to receive notifications is Ms. Stanislava Hejnová, Compliance Officer and Mr. Martin Roubíček, Attorney-at-Law (hereinafter also referred to as the "Competent Persons").Notification for a specific company can be made using the form below.

You can also make an announcement in other ways - by sending an email to 04308697@aricoma.com (certificate for secure communication can be found here) or by phone at +420 251 022 537.

Alternatively, you can submit it to the Ministry of Justice or in writing by sending a letter marked "Whistleblower Protection - to the hands of the competent person" by post to ARICOMA a.s., Vinohradská 1511/230, Strašnice, 100 00 Prague 10, Czechia.
