Aricoma acquires KCT Data, significantly expanding SAP offerings

Prague, May 23, 2024 – Aricoma, the number one in enterprise IT, has acquired Czech SAP service provider KCT Data. The company is thus expanding its offering in SAP enterprise applications to other sectors. Last year, Aricoma integrated Sabris Consulting and Consulting 4U into its SAP portfolio.

KCT data, in business for the last 25 years, is one of the leading SAP partners for clients in the automotive, energy, financial services and public sectors. It employs more than 80 professionals in Prague, Ostrava and Pardubice, with a significant share of experts in SAP development and integration technologies, including the latest trends in cloud migration. Last year, KCT Data's revenues exceeded CZK 214 million.

"By joining Aricoma, we become part of the largest SAP service provider in the Czech market. Our experts can now share industry-leading experience in a significantly wider SAP community and customers can rely on receiving the best advice and care available," said Evžen Mayer, the current CEO of KCT Data, who will continue to lead the company.

With the acquisition of KCT Data, the team focusing on SAP services at Aricoma has grown to more than 220 people. With extensive experience in major projects across the full breadth of SAP applications and technology product portfolios, the current priority is on transforming projects into SAP S/4HANA environments. Aricoma now covers almost the full spectrum of industry, service and public sectors.

"SAP complements our broad unparalleled portfolio of services. In just a year and a half, we have built an unrivaled team of professionals in this area, which now provides SAP services for virtually all industries thanks to the addition of experts from KCT Data. We will focus on further strengthening our expertise and services with existing and prospective customers and aim to expand into new markets," added Milan Sameš, CEO of Aricoma.

KCT Data is Aricoma's fourth acquisition in the last year and a half. In addition to the above-mentioned SAP companies, SYSCOM Software, a developer of customized software for the public sector, has also been integrated. Aricoma has made no secret of its further acquisition ambitions and is looking for companies in the DACH region, particularly in Germany, and in Benelux countries.

"KKCG's technology pillar is growing significantly. Aricoma, a critical part of it, has all the prerequisites to dominate not only the Central European region, but also to become a significant player in Western Europe and in the institutions of the European Union. We are already delivering major projects for the European Commission and its institutions across the EU through our Brussels office," said Michal Tománek, KKCG's Deputy Chief Investment Officer.
