Customer Profile
We collaborate with our colleagues from Aricoma on multiple projects, not only because they are true experts in their field, but also because of their strong human approach. The cooperation is of a very high standard, allowing us to find effective solutions together and further develop key CRA systems.
Recently, most CRA employees were involved in an AI assessment project led and organized by Aricoma, which significantly broadened their understanding of these rapidly evolving technologies.
Initial Situation and Project Objectives
Czech Radiocommunications faced a typical challenge of large technology organizations: how to separate the real value of AI from marketing hype, where to start, and how to obtain concrete data to support investment decisions. Unclear return on investment, concerns about the impact on employees’ day-to-day work, and a lack of real-world experience were the main barriers to moving forward.
The objective of the project was therefore not to deploy technology, but to strategically validate the value of AI in practice. Czech Radiocommunications sought clear answers on where Microsoft Copilot could deliver immediate benefits, what measurable impact it could have on productivity, and how to further develop it in line with the company’s long-term digital strategy.

Solution Description
The project was delivered in the form of an AI Assessment (Copilot Vision & Value), involving both business and IT representatives. Together, they identified and prioritized scenarios where Microsoft Copilot could deliver the fastest and most significant impact, while also defining realistic boundaries for its use. A key component was a guided pilot with a limited number of licenses, enabling validation of benefits in employees’ day-to-day work.
The pilot delivered concrete and measurable results. Among participating users, a potential average time saving of approximately 14 hours per month per person was identified, primarily due to faster work with emails, documents, and information summarization. This corresponds to roughly 3.5 hours per week that could be reallocated to higher-value activities.
In addition to time savings, there was a noticeable improvement in output quality. Documents and texts became more consistent, required fewer revisions, and the time needed for finalization was reduced. Post-meeting workflows also improved, thanks to faster processing of summaries and action items, positively impacting collaboration flow and execution of decisions.
Based on these insights, a clearly quantified business case was established, confirming the value of further investment in Copilot. Czech Radiocommunications thus gained not only hands-on experience from the pilot, but, more importantly, a solid decision-making framework for scaling AI, identifying where it brings the most value, and embedding it into the company’s long-term digital strategy.
