Aricoma Acquires Swiss Company Dentsu Tracking
Prague/Geneva, August 1, 2026 – Aricoma, a leading provider of enterprise IT services and part of the KKCG investment group, has acquired Swiss company Dentsu Tracking, which provides technology solutions for supply chain control to multinational companies and public institutions in Europe. The company’s approximately 60 experts will now provide their services under the Aricoma brand.
“Aricoma has become not only a domestic leader in IT services, but in recent years also an important player in parts of Western Europe. We are therefore pleased to welcome to our company new technology experts in tracking and tracing solutions that help major institutions and international companies oversee their supply chains. At the same time, we will expand our presence in Switzerland and Spain,” said Milan Sameš, CEO of Aricoma.
“Core technology solutions are precisely what forms the backbone of Aricoma’s expertise. I believe this will allow us to significantly expand our joint offering to institutional and commercial customers across Europe,” added Lukáš Texl, Vice President, Business Unit International at Aricoma, which the new team will join.

With its latest acquisition, Aricoma is strengthening its position in Western European markets. In 2024, it acquired Luxembourg-based software developer NeoFacto, and in January this year it acquired SAP services provider Sapphir in Slovenia and the SAP division in Austria from Convotis.
