Contacts and activity management

All business information is in one place thanks to Active CRM. Integration with the ARES database speeds up data entry and rules for searching for any duplicate data prevent clutter in your database. The graphical representation of the hierarchy of business relationships and contacts provides a comprehensive overview of customers and their contacts.

Emails, appointments and other activities are available in both the Active CRM calendar and Outlook calendar.

Tracking the workload of the sales team as well as the activities performed for a given business relationship is easier than ever. Activity history is available directly for a business relationship, contact, lead or sales opportunity, providing an instant overview and historical record of all communication. Appointments, emails and tasks are available in the ACtive CRM and Outlook calendar.

The filing system is designed to comply with GDPR legislation and allows users to record individual permissions to process specific personal data. Active CRM intuitively alerts you to the recording of information without permission and easily enables you to add the appropriate legal reason. Fast export of recorded information or dynamic anonymization are an integral part of the solution.

Sales management

In CRM, it is possible to record simple structures of price lists and products, thanks to the Advanced module, a superstructure for the Active CRM. The system allows agile adjustment of offer items and sorting of items according to the VAT rate and thus quick recalculation of the offer value. The offer document is then automatically generated and recorded for the occasion.

Easy extension of the system

Active CRM is built on the Microsoft PowerPlatform platform, which makes it easy to extend the solution and automate workflows, or add other Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools. Thanks to the modularity of the individual applications and their focus, almost all customer and customer relationship management needs can be fully covered.
