Initial situation and objectives of the project
Aricoma played a key role in the entire process. The customer was looking for a reliable partner who would bring not only technical competence, but also the ability to transform a general assignment into a functional, secure, and long-term sustainable solution.

Solution Description
Specifically, three applications were created for B:TECH:
- An employee card that draws information from Active Directory and allows for the management of job positions, completed training, documents, and certifications in a clear digital environment.
- A training module that handles the entire process from course registration to evaluation and archiving of certificates. The system automatically notifies users of expired training courses and records their status.
- Personnel requests, i.e., an internal helpdesk-type system (a so-called ticketing system) that simplifies the submission of requests to HR, breaks them down into subtasks, and tracks their progress.
Aricoma also played an important role in cybersecurity within the project. It ensured the deployment of Zero Trust access policies, endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, and advanced endpoint protection using Microsoft Defender for Business. This contributed to increased security across the entire environment without compromising user comfort.
