Aricoma renews major contract with the European Commission worth EUR 616.8 million

Prague, December 17, 2025 – Aricoma, a leader in enterprise IT and part of the KKCG investment group, has continued its successful cooperation with the European Commission. It is one of the few suppliers in history to have won a consecutive major tender to provide IT services to the EU's largest institutions. The four-year framework contract is worth almost EUR 617 million, or CZK 14.8 billion.

The contract covers the supply of hardware and software solutions and services from Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Nutanix, following a similar contract from 2021.

"We are not aware of any other company in history that has managed to renew such a contract. This proves that we are a reliable, secure, and strong partner for the European Commission. The volume we can deliver under the new framework contract is ten times greater than four years ago," said Lukáš Texl, head of Aricoma's International team.

The main contracting authority is the European Commission's Directorate-General for Digital Services (DG DIGIT). Access to these framework agreements is granted, for example, to the European Parliament, FRONTEX, EUSPA based in Prague, the European Court of Justice, the Council of the EU, and a total of more than 70 institutions and directorates to which Aricoma has delivered several projects and solutions in recent years.
