Aricoma acquires Datron‘s IT infrastructure business

Prague, November 3, 2025 – Aricoma, a leader in enterprise IT and part of the KKCG investment group, is acquiring part of Datron, a Česká Lípa-based IT infrastructure company. Twenty experts will join the Aricoma team, strengthening the company's position in northern Bohemia.

“By expanding our team with twenty IT infrastructure professionals, we can strengthen our business in the northern Bohemia region. This fits in with our long-standing approach of being close to our customers,” said Jaroslav Dvořák, director of the Aricoma business unit, into which the acquired part of the company will be integrated.
