Warranty is applied as standard for 3 years at our service points. You can arrange warranty service at the customer's site with next day repair throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia for a one-time fee. If the stock of components and production capacity allow, we will deliver the finished product directly to our customers within 3 working days of the order.
 

OfficePro is a time-tested line of reliable machines of all sizes in UCFF (NUC), mini, micro, midi and tower sizes by our customers and technicians. Most of the machines are encased in Fractal Design (design in Sweden) chassis with soundproofing and variable disk drive placement.

The basic configurations include Intel and AMD processors. For the ideal enterprise workstation for large organisations with perfect management, choose chipsets and processors with Intel vPro support features. To fully support all features, the PC must be equipped with the appropriate processor model. Some configurations also enable the connection of disks to a RAID array.

Selected configurations guarantee operating system image stability for up to 36 months and include a lifetime license of special remote management software. You can also be assured of a quality chassis and reliable power supply. We use branded power supplies and a selection of proven models from top motherboard suppliers (Asus, Gigabyte, MSI).

Integra workstations are elegantly designed workstations with an efficient internal layout that are developed for the highest possible workload and permanent utilization. They will impress you with maximum performance and reliability. For deployment in CAD/CAM software, we only fit professional models of graphics accelerators certified by the manufacturers of these applications.

We use top standard "Designed in Sweden" chassis from Fractal Design, which are extremely quiet and modular. They have an eye-catching minimalist Scandinavian design along with maximum soundproofing and configurability. The sides and front door of the chassis are covered with sound absorbing material, the chassis includes Silent Series fans with hydrodynamic bearings, and the front fan is tool-less replaceable. ModuVent Design means the user can set the cooling mode themselves for quiet operation or alternatively the mode for maximum airflow. The top basket for up to 5 drive bays can be rotated 90 degrees or removed completely for improved cooling conditions.

The manufacturing process in the production plant is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Service processes are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000.
All configurations undergo pre-production testing and post-production burn-in, and the RAID array always undergoes a recovery test as standard. The Windows operating system is licensed and installed under the direct supervision of Microsoft. With us, you obtain it at the best price, plus additional benefits such as SecureBoot, a feature that ensures you only run a secure and not maliciously altered system. We will always create the optimal configuration for you on request.

Warranty repairs are carried out in our service in the Czech Republic and Slovakia usually within 2 working days of reporting a fault. For a one-time surcharge of 403 CZK excluding VAT (for models with the first year of onsite warranty at 310 CZK excluding VAT) you will get the warranty defect repaired at the installation site for the entire warranty period.
