Process analysis is the core discipline for implementing process management in an organisation. It can serve as a basis for optimizing company processes or for implementing an information system. Analysis in the form of visualization using the graphical languages ArchiMate and BPMN examines workflows in the organization. It describes inputs, outputs, roles, individual steps and, where appropriate, the need for resources.

Process analysis can be used in any company, regardless of its core focus. Our consultants primarily use interviews with process sponsors in process analysis. They then visualize them using the standard BPMN graphical notation. This facilitates understanding between various groups of people (e.g. between management and ICT staff) and serves as input and the basis for subsequent process management or information system implementation.
