Organization's internal operational portal

Data can be migrated to the internal portal from various systems, including a variety of data stores or on-premise SharePoint up to version 2010.

In addition to the core SharePoint Online features, the portal builds use workflows created in Power Automate and Power Apps add-on applications.

Intranets generally act as a carrier platform for information, organization files and supporting applications such as requisitions, reservations, etc. The internal operations portal serves as a signpost for employees, making it easier to navigate the organization's data. They always include permission-based partitioning for all levels of the organization, protected data stores with AIP/DLP system settings, workflows and general application extensions in Power Apps.

All parts are connected to Identity (formerly Azure AD), which enables fast and efficient management of the entire intranet. 

The company intranet normally contains applications such as vehicle reservations, room reservations, and a system of applications according to the company's needs. The overall division is subordinate to the organizational division of the whole company, including the delegation of different types of permissions to achieve increased efficiency in working with the cloud environment.

In addition to a common information channel for the entire organization, it usually includes separate workspaces for individual organizational units, including links to the MS Teams environment.

It is also routine to connect the system to external systems.

Licensing is subordinated to the needs of the company in order to cover the requirements for working with the intranet and to allow for the correct allocation of resources in relation to the needs of individual users. 
 
 

The basis of the intranet portal for municipalities is the information and availability of basic resources for the work of officers. The whole system is subordinated to this, both by dividing the repositories by department and by a frequent part with general data for the entire organisation. 

An integral part of the system is the comprehensive official portal system, which includes, among other things, applications for requests and bookings with an approval matrix according to the standards used in the public administration.

The system is secured according to European standards and enables full control of all parts of the system.

Similar licenses are commonly used, the difference being linked to the requirement to install Office and the need for higher data security for the management of the organisation. 

Apart from the usual parts of the intranet as described above, the entire intranet is subordinated to the needs of accessibility of information for education. The intranet is commonly used both for the teaching staff and for pupils and students.

It is common practice to have a repository system by subject and class so that this information can be used throughout the entire attendance period, and to make learning available within each subject only by changing the users (pupils) in the appropriate group. Here, the MS Teams option is often used, with all learning resources accessible via teams.

Licensing for educational organisations is provided through special licences for educational organisations and these enable the effective use of distance learning style including online assignments, tests and grading.
