Document management and project management

SharePoint Online offers a number of built-in features that help you organize and store documents. From dedicated sites to loosely structured document libraries for quick document creation and collaboration. Within the library, you can further organize content into folders and subfolders, which of course can still be managed within the permission structure. 

The added value of this solution is the automation of processes, easy traceability of document validation and creation information on a timeline, a clearer system for commenting on documents, tracking their authors and ultimately publishing them productively.

The application is usable for simple project management and its functioning is purely dependent on Microsoft, it cannot be customized. Its features include:

  • Adding tasks to plans and setting deadlines, priorities, labels and checklists

  • Collaborating on tasks using comments, attachments, and chat 
  • Displaying charts and dashboards to visualize plan status 
• MS Project – A very powerful tool that can meet even the most demanding requirements for complex project management. Using it effectively requires in-depth knowledge and experience. It requires a separate license per user. MS Project enables: 
  • Create project plans with defined objectives, tasks, resources, deadlines and budgets
  • Assign tasks to team members and manage their resources 
  • Monitor project progress and performance using reporting and analysis tools 
  • Collaborate with your team and share project information through integration with other Microsoft applications such as Teams, Power BI, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Customised project management – We have experience in implementing custom project management and planning applications built on Microsoft Power Platform. It is an ideal solution for organizations that are not comfortable with Planner but cannot or do not want to purchase licenses for MS Project.
