TreeINFO Integration

In many cases, it is very useful for users to share information stored in the ERP system and in the SharePoint environment, or to exchange data within the same extended agenda.

The goal is to have each user primarily use their main system and not have to log into another system for certain information.

In practice, the integration most often concerns the following areas:

• Taking dials and data from the ERP system (customers, invoices, cost centres,...).
• Transfer of information between systems (links to documents, data,...).
• Workflow integration, in particular the possibility to start processing in the ERP, to carry out the next steps in the ECM system (approval, collection of further data, ...) and to return the processing result to the ERP.
• Access to documents directly from the ERP system.

The TreeINFO for Microsoft 365 solution can be integrated with proven electronic document signing solutions from various electronic signature providers. The advantage of this integration is that the entire document lifecycle from its creation, commenting, approval, signing and destruction is audited and uninterrupted. This gives customers an overview of what is happening with the document at every stage of its life.
The most common type of documents that our customers request to be electronically signed are contracts and internal documents.
