Web portal and its modules
1. Cases (Documentation and Management)
This module is used for detailed record-keeping of patient photographic documentation.
- Contains patient details and diagnoses.
- Enables sorting, annotation, and anonymization of photographic documentation.
- Data can be exported and imported, making it useful not only for treatment but also for clinical studies, education, or law enforcement purposes.
This module is designed for effective communication regarding cases between the clinic and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
- Direct connection with ambulance services and real-time transfer of photographic documentation.
- Receipt of consultations from EMS via both the mobile application and the portal.
- Chat functionality with paramedics and sharing of information regarding distance and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Option to immediately accept or decline a consultation.
- Upon patient admission to the clinic, data provided by EMS is automatically imported into the Cases module.
A module intended for the preparation of case studies and training materials.
- Transfer and import of photographic documentation from the Cases module.
- Tools for annotation and thorough anonymization of images.
- Direct presentation to external devices such as ward televisions or projectors.
AI-based extension modules
Burn Injury Module: The AI identifies 2nd and 3rd-degree burns from captured photographs. It allows for easy documentation in the field, with the model's accuracy continuously refined based on clinical data provided by the medical facilities.
Mole/Lesion Module: Designed for dermatological clinics and practices. The AI evaluates images for which the system is directly optimized (captured via dermatoscope).
Wound Healing Module: Artificial intelligence assists in tracking the healing process and comparing conditions over time. In the future, this module can be expanded to include other specific types of injuries (e.g., pressure ulcers) according to the specific requirements of the department.
Technology, security, and connectivity
- Security: Transparent data encryption, identity protection, and fully secured transmissions and applications.
- Architecture: The system is operating system independent and supports MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Integration: Possibility of seamless connectivity with existing surrounding hospital systems, such as MARIE PACS, NIS, EZD, MedText, Koběrský, and others.
