What is the Academy for Digital School Technicians?

This is a dedicated training series for school IT administrators.
“Digital school technician” is the term we use to refer to the person responsible for managing the school’s IT infrastructure.

How do I access the DigiEDU Portal for Headteachers?

Access is available exclusively to school headteachers through their RIAM account. The portal is used to manage licences, orders, updates, and communication with the Ministry.

What should I do if the headteacher has changed?
