Resources for Schools

In the 2024/2025 school year, Aricoma organised a series of webinars under the name Academy for Teachers, during which we provided educators with more than 30 hours of unique, free training focused on the latest digital technologies and their effective use in the teaching and learning process. 
Each webinar was recorded and later processed into a OneNote Notebook for teachers. 
In addition, we prepared a practical guide for teachers and students on how to download and install the Office suite, along with other supporting materials to help them make full use of digital tools in their daily work.

For school IT administrators, we developed a dedicated webinar series called Academy for Digital School Technicians, focusing on topics such as IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and the optimisation of digital tools within the school environment.
All webinars were recorded and compiled into a OneNote Notebook for digital school technicians, which we regularly update and expand with new insights and practical guidance. The notebook is extensive and contains a wide range of valuable information, so we recommend setting aside sufficient time to explore it thoroughly in order to fully benefit from all the available tips and recommendations.

User Creation Application

Recommended especially for schools using the configuration of the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic
This application significantly simplifies the process of adding new users to the Microsoft 365 school environment. Schools with their own configuration can also make use of it either as inspiration or as a tool to help align with the Ministry’s standard.
 

Anonymous Data Collection Application

Primarily intended for schools with their own configuration.
It enables the collection and analysis of anonymised data on the use of Microsoft 365 A3 licences purchased by the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic. Schools using the Ministry configuration already have this functionality integrated, while other schools can download and implement it independently.

Access to the DigiEDU Portal for School leaders is available exclusively to school principals through their RIAM account. This portal serves as the main interface through which School leaders manage the entire licensing process – from ordering and administration to updates and recommendations. Access is restricted to authorised users only, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and efficient communication between the school and the Ministry.
