Unified client identity in the social security system

Unified client identity, interconnected agendas. We ensure data consistency across the entire social security system.

Every citizen appears in various agendas, for example as an employee, insured person, job seeker, or benefit applicant. To ensure data consistency across systems, a unique identifier is essential. The Unified Departmental Identifier (JMH/JMHZ) ensures the accurate assignment of data to a specific person and enables the seamless integration of all components within the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs' digital architecture. Aricoma manages these databases and contributes to their development.

What is the project objective?

The project objective is to ensure that every entity (natural person, legal entity, organization) has a unique and stable identifier within the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs systems. These identifiers (JMH for natural persons, JMHZ for entities) are used as the fundamental linking element when processing benefits, sickness insurance, sick leave certificates, and data from employment reports.

We provide:
  • management of the JMH/JMHZ database,
  • services for matching, updating, and auditing identities,
  • and operational and technological support for integrating these identifiers into all key systems.

Benefits

  • Unique ID for every insured person and entity
  • Consistent data processing across government authorities
  • Foundation for effective digitalization of public administration
  • Integration with registries and other identification systems
  • Ensuring security and regulatory compliance
  • Accuracy in benefit processing and record-keeping
