Online portal for social benefits administration

Employers are required to communicate with several authorities simultaneously, including the social security administration, the labour office, the tax authority, and health insurance providers. Each entity requires different data, formats, and deadlines. The new self-service portal introduces unified electronic reporting, which significantly reduces this administrative burden. Aricoma is delivering a key part of the project in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

As part of the digitalization of state administration, a unified electronic form is being developed to replace dozens of existing employer reports currently submitted to various institutions. On a monthly basis, all mandatory data will be submitted at once through a single portal. The form is designed for use not only by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs but also by other authorities, including health insurance providers.

Aricoma is responsible for the segment concerning employment relationships with the social security administration. The project is highly integration-focused, encompassing hundreds of data points and utilizing information from multiple authorities and registries. Paper-based forms will no longer be accepted, as the solution will be strictly electronic.
