AVISme Partner Program

The AVISme system encompasses economic agendas, numerous records and registries, document workflow management via an electronic records management system (ERMS), specialized modules to support the operations of state organizations, and, last but not least, automated connectivity to the Integrated Information System of the State Treasury (IISSP), covering both accounting (CSUIS) and budgeting (RISPR and RISRE). The AVISme system was one of the pilot systems used to verify the functionality of the IISSP.

Our company is the developer of AVISme, a technologically and content-wise unique information system that we supply and implement for our clients. We also provide its maintenance and further development. Our client base consists primarily of state and public administration bodies, as well as entities from the private business sector.

Partnership and certification within the partner program enable companies with the necessary background to provide maintenance, development, or implementation services for organizations using the AVISme system. Companies interested in obtaining certified partner status must apply for this program via the contact addresses of Aricoma Digital s.r.o. Following registration of interest, it is mandatory to complete the certification process and cover the associated costs.
 

Certification and its Objectives
The objective of the certification is to verify the professional qualifications required for the support, implementation, and development of the AVISme IS within a customer environment. The certification confirms that the holder possesses:
knowledge of the selected area of the AVISme IS,
an understanding of the interdependencies between individual areas of the AVISme IS,
the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
 

Certification Process
Companies interested in becoming certified partners may apply for the program via the contact addresses of Aricoma Digital s.r.o. Following registration of interest, it is mandatory to complete the certification process and cover the related costs.
 

Certification Validity
The partnership is granted for an indefinite period upon meeting the qualification requirements. However, the certification itself, which confirms the capability to provide the given service, is granted for one calendar year. Due to the continuous development of the AVISme IS in response to legislative changes and technological advancements, the certification must be renewed after this period.

What are the costs?
The costs of the certification process, which include training and audits, are in the range of hundreds of thousands of CZK, depending on the type of partnership. Detailed pricing information is provided in the Price List.

License price for a 1-year period:
Maintenance: 500,000 CZK
Implementer: 1,000,000 CZK
Developer: 2,000,000 CZK

The price list will be provided upon signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

First, we will conclude a Certification Procedure Participation Agreement, which will establish our mutual rights and obligations within the scope of the certification process. Subsequently, the actual certification will take place, during which you will demonstrate compliance with the certification requirements—specifically by undergoing a partner audit and having your specialists complete training and final examinations.

Upon the successful completion of the certification process, we will enter into a Partnership and License Agreement with you, under which we will grant you a license to use AVISme for the purpose of providing services to your customers.
Before entering into a contract with a customer, the license fee must be paid—the license becomes effective upon payment. If you do not currently have a contract with a customer, you are not required to pay the license fee; however, our partnership continues.

Termination of Partnership
Both you and we may terminate the Partnership Agreement. However, this does not apply during the term of your contract with a customer—you must have the ability to use the AVISme system for the entire duration of that contract. In this case, a special provision applies.
