Ludovic Gaudé
Member of Aricoma’s Executive Committee and CEO of Aricoma Digital
Ludovic is responsible for managing Aricoma’s activities in custom software development. Prior to joining Aricoma, he worked for a variety of management functions at Nokia, Google and most recently Intive which he led as CEO. He graduated with an MSc in Computer Science from ESIEA in Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.
Ondřej Matuštík
CFO of Aricoma and member of its Executive Committee
Ondrej oversees Aricoma’s finances and IT. He previously worked in finance functions at GoodData and at PwC Consulting division. He studied financial and insurance mathematics at the Charles University Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and has a Ph.D. in information science from the University of Economics in Prague.
Milan Sameš
Chairman of Aricoma’s Executive Committee and CEO of Aricoma Systems
Milan is responsible for managing Aricoma’s activities in infrastructure, outsourcing, cybersecurity and eGovernment. In the past, he worked for Nokia Networks, served as director of Oracle Czech Republic, and worked as president for Europe at Ness Technologies. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague in the field of computer science and holds an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
Michal Tománek
Deputy Chairman of Aricoma’s Executive Committee responsible for strategic development
Michal is responsible for overseeing Aricoma’s expansion strategy and investor relations and has a dual role as a Managing Director of KKCG Technologies. He has previously worked at a variety of advisory and investor functions. He is a graduate of Prague’s University of Economics and holds an MBA from London Business School.

Jaromír Babinec
Head of M&A at Aricoma Systems
Jaromír takes care of Aricoma’s expansion efforts outside the custom software development space. Prior to joining Aricoma, he worked in leadership positions in consulting, banking, and private equity. He studied technical cybernetics at the Brno University of Technology and has an MBA from INSEAD.
Jan Vraný
Head of M&A at Aricoma Digital
Jan is responsible for strategic and acquisition growth projects in custom software development space. Prior to joining KKCG, he worked for Google, McKinsey, and Morgan Stanley. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at Masaryk University in Brno and holds an MBA from London Business School.
